Northern

Te Manawa Taki

Te Manawa Taki, meaning "the heartbeat," beautifully represents the central North Island of New Zealand. Central

Located in New Zealand's Lower North Island, spanning from Whanganui and MidCentral on the west coast to Hawke's Bay on the east, and down to Wairarapa and Wellington. Central Region offers a blend of natural beauty, rich culture, and a wealth of activities, while being deeply rooted in Māori heritage. 

Throughout the region you’ll find scenic locations such as the Manawatū and Whanganui Rivers. While Hawke's Bay and Wairarapa, renowned for their thriving agricultural landscapes, feature lush orchards, vineyards, and charming coastal towns. Te Waipounamu
